Directs scheduling and sequencing of work, as well as production innovation to optimize production efficiencies. Establishes long term objectives and guidelines for managing and monitoring product line performance and productivity.

The Principal Imaging and Detection Engineer position is responsible for the design and development of image reconstruction and threat detection algorithms and software used in Aviation Security related markets. Requires knowledge of physics and/or engineering principles and concepts, as well as the ability to implement and integrate designs into commercial products. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to learn new technology quickly and adjust to a dynamic work environment.  Experience developing signal, image and data processing algorithms in C/C++, Matlab, CUDA and Python.  Knowledge of inverse problems, machine learning, deep learning and open source machine learning platforms such as TensorFlow.
