Provides field service technical support as directed to install, repair, and upgrade complex electrical and mechanical apparatus. This position will be in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
Installs, upgrades, and provides preventive and corrective maintenance on company products. Tests and repairs electronic systems and subsystems in accordance with specifications. Uses unique service tool kits and formulates field troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrade instructions.
Trains customers in routine operation and maintenance procedures.
Resolves customers’ technical problems with on-site visits, electronic and telephone communications, or appropriate training.
Assists engineering and manufacturing personnel with technical information and research on customer inquiries. Prepares reports detailing maintenance trends and makes ECR recommendations for changes in design, assembly, or test procedures to improve product yield.
Provides technical assistance to Analogic employees in the repair or maintenance of Analogic products.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Associate’s degree or equivalent and three years of related experience.
