Our team is now developing the next generation of security screening solutions for airports worldwide – solutions that will incorporate the latest advances in machine learning, 3D imaging and open network architectures, and have the potential to dramatically improve aviation security and passenger travel experience.  

To help lead this effort, Analogic is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Configuration Management Specialist to be part of a team designing industry leading technology for Airport Security. The selected candidate will be capable of executing complex tasks on time with minimal supervision.  The selected candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.    



Provide overall Configuration Analyst support. Implement of CM elements Planning, Identification, Control, Status Accounting, and Auditing, as well as Data Management. To include support of configuration control boards, functional/physical configuration audits (FCA/PCAs), and baseline management.


  • Support reviews, FCA/PCAs, change control board integrated business process and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM) in support of program CM/DM processes & procedures
  •  Ensure CM requirements are met for all Commercial and Government programs
  •  Ensure all SOW compliance documents reflect the Change Control Board's disposition
  •  Use CM tools to manage and track baselines, action items, change board, and program artifacts
  •  Take CCB detailed minutes and action item notes.
  • Support process improvement procedures
  • Review and approve internal Engineering Change Orders.
  • Prepare, document, support, and conduct Functional Configuration Audits (FCA) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) to ensure CM requirements are current, reviewed, verified, completed and reported
  • Review CM plans, operating Instructions, and internal procedures.
  • Review, comment, support, and maintain such program documents as Statements of Work (SOW), CDRLs, Interface Control Documents (ICD), Data Item Descriptions (DID), & Technical Review Documents (TRD)
  • Manage and control program baselines.
  • Support the creation, submission and approval of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Deviation (RFDs), and Developmental Engineering Proposals (DEPs)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management required. Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT a plus.

5+ years of experience in configuration management required. Experience supporting government configuration management preferred.

Experience writing Engineering Change Proposals preferred

CM Certification (e.g. CMII, CMPIC, NDIA) a major plus.

Self-starter with minimal supervision; a team player who cares about quality in a professional fast-paced environment supporting government oversight of prime contractors
Experience with the following Software Tools: Microsoft Office & Outlook, ERP, and PLM- Agile PLM preferred.
