  • Overview

    Analogic Corporation is an engineering company located in Peabody, MA that designs, develops and manufactures imaging systems used in a variety of applications including medical and security.  We are looking for a contract recruiter (six months) who can partner with our hiring managers to fill a variety of employment needs.


    Our hiring needs encompass all employment disciplines including:

    • Engineering (hardware, software, firmware)
    • Operations (assembly, technicians, storekeepers)
    • Finance and Accounting (controller, director of FP&A)
    • Exempt and non-exempt
    • Direct hire and temporary


    The position will be focused on the following activities:

    • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, launch sourcing activities, post positions with best sources, arrange and conduct interviews, check references, extend offers and close candidate.
    • Proactively utilize multiple search methods/creative strategies such as industry web sites, social networking, LinkedIn, Indeed and Analogic resume database to identify qualified candidates.
    • Liaison with employment agencies (temporary/direct hire) when necessary.
    • Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates while moving interview process forward rapidly.
    • Drive the offer process, including approvals and negotiations. Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates needed information to help make their decision as easy as possible.
    • Create and own positive candidate experience.


    BS degree or equivalent, and seven or more years technical/operations recruiting in a technology/engineering/manufacturing company. Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system and MS Office Suite. Best qualifications for this role are energy, drive and follow-up.
