    Responsibilities include receiving sales quotes, processing sales orders, coordinating shipments of equipment and
    products, and interacting with sales staff and customers to handle a variety of sales and customer service issues. Our
    goal is to maximize sales revenue by providing excellent customer service.

    • create sales orders based on information from sales team and make adjustments as requested
    • respond to inquiries regarding products, prices, delivery, and service
    • communicate with customers, sales reps, and shipping staff to ensure all orders are processed in a timely and
    accurate manner
    • manage customer calls and emails and resolve customer service issues
    • coordinate returned material with sales reps, service department, and customers
    • maintain sales files and records
    • assist with other duties and special projects as requested

    • ability to multi-task in a high change, fast paced environment
    • ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with sales staff and customers
    • strong oral and written communication skills

    Qualifications

    • associate’s degree or equivalent
    • five or more years of related experience in a direct sales environment
    • computer literacy--must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
    • knowledge of shipping transactions
