Working closely with commercial marketing, the post holder will be responsible for generating marketing content to support our sales force, in our key markets of urology, surgery and more. The Marketing Events and Content Manager will also be responsible for managing all aspects of BK Medical’s national events, including our presence at trade shows and congresses – primarily, but not restricted to, North America and Canada.
Organize and manage tradeshows and congresses in conjunction with commercial marketing, sales and clinical marketing
Ensure that the correct portfolio of tradeshow materials are available and updated as appropriate
Evaluate the success of tradeshows and events including leads, outcomes, budget performance
Preparing and checking equipment before shipping to shows – software packages, latest updates etc
Inspecting and checking marketing materials and equipment after shipping back to office.
Be responsible for the execution of marketing projects, including activity plans, content generation and graphic input
Project manage marketing projects -e.g. presentations, videos, brochures, clinical papers; digital content, customer information etc
Be part of the content team which generates messaging for our key markets and products
Ensure that policies around archiving, version control and approval are followed.
Work closely internationally as part of the Global Operations Team and with Commercial Marketing, Clinical Marketing and Sales.
Understand the benefits and use of BK equipment
Marketing education at least at bachelor level
At least 5 years experience with working in marketing operations, or similar – preferably with medical devices
Flair for graphic communication
Experience of graphic programs is an advantage
