Provides technical information to customers, distributors and sales managers regarding product specifications, performance and application. Advises customers on the utilization of Analogic products to provide maximum efficiency.
Provides technical support for distributors, customers and sales managers to ascertain pre-sale information on the application and pricing/delivery of Analogic Products. Analyzes the technical requirements of the customers business and recommends Analogic’s products applications which are best suited to the customer’s.
Provides assistance to distributors and customers regarding the installation and correct startup operation of Analogic Products. Advises customers on the installation procedure and methods to test that the equipment is functioning properly.
Responds to customer questions on the improper performance of Analogic Products. Identifies causes of improper performance of products through troubleshooting techniques and procedures and recommends repair or replacement of the product. Advises customers on the applications, upgrade or modification of company products to increase the utilization and efficiency of our products.
Conducts on-site and in-house product training sessions for sales managers, distributors and customers regarding the product specifications, applications and technical support required for the company products.
BSEE or equivalent, and one to three years of related experience.
