    Our Peabody location is currently searching for an entry level business analyst to provide support to our sales and business functions.  Using our CRM system and business intelligence application tools, you'll provide business stakeholders with ad-hoc and recurring reports.

     

    Are you a recent college graduate with a strong analytical background? 

    Do you have some experience with CRM or similar BI tools?

    Do you want to assist with technical development of these application tools with our IT department?

    Here is what you'll be working on:

     

    The CRM Analyst/ BI provides support and analytical reporting from bkMedical’s CRM system and BI tool.  This position makes an impact across the organization by collaborating with business stakeholders to achieve business objectives through enhancements in the CRM system based upon reporting/ management needs and by providing general support for Analogic’s CRM system. Other key responsibilities include assisting with the development of processes and projects to optimize sales productivity and performance through the CRM system/ BI tool, including reporting and analysis of sales related data. 

     

    Responsibilities

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Provide end-user support including documentation, reporting data analysis, training and troubleshooting of end-user issues
    • Assist in gathering functional requirements for system enhancements and functional changes as needed, as well as manage end-user testing of new system enhancements
    • Proactively develop dashboards/ reports using CRM data for leadership in the sales, marketing and service organizations

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Drive analytic reports to keep in line with Key Performance Indicators including creating sales/marketing/ services reports using data collected from CRM system/ BI tool
    • Perform routine opportunity pipeline management to ensure key performance business metrics and overall pipeline health is achieved.
    • Ensure data quality standards are adhered to within the CRM system/ BI tool
    • Assist with the development of standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving data analytics/ reporting.

    Qualifications

    Must have:

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

    analytical and problem solving skills

    attention to detail

    Proven organizational skills

    Able to prioritize and multi-task and see projects/assignments to completion

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

     

    Nice to have:

    Experience with Excel Pivot Tables

    Working knowledge of SQL a plus

    Previous experience with SAP and CRM a plus
