We are looking for a talented Inside Sales and Support Representative to join our Team.  The individual must be willing to play a fundamental role in supporting our sales and service teams along with achieving revenue growth objectives in service contract sales and lead generation for new equipment sales.


Service Contract Sales

  • Fully understand company’s Service Contract offerings
  • Work with existing customers to renew expiring service contracts
  • Communicate current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements
  • Provide input regarding development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive contract sales
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Cross-train within department to provide seamless coverage for customers
  • Assist other departments’ requests as relate to service contracts
  • Develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
  • Follow-up on quotes via phone and e-mail until contract is closed and fully documented in service database
  • Prepare accepted quotes/contracts for signature by Director and submit and verify invoicing in SAP
  • Complete month end revenue and commission reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned


- Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Work with Field Sales Managers to qualify leads and generate sales within the company’s established trading partners
  • Review FedBiz Ops website to screen and follow through on opportunities, keeping VP of Sales updated
  • Work with business intelligence team to qualify prospects and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
