Responsible for day-to-day and strategic management of national account clients, including the preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts of various types for a variety of customers (doctor’s offices, hospitals, group purchasing organizations, and governmental bodies).


  • Assists in the preparation of national accounts renewals; clients; manages issues and problem solving; participates in implementation activities, price list management for new products, price changes.
  • Assists with ensuring contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
  • Performing risk assessment of proposal contract terms and conditions.
  • Assisting with government contract solicitations and due diligence policy compliance
  • Maintaining contract documentation
  • Follows policies, practices, and procedures for national accounts.
  • Works on sales and business development processes.
  • Assists with review of services agreements, terms of service and privacy policies for current and potential customers or suppliers
  • Working with management, finance, accounting, legal, and program teams to solve issues and secure approvals.
  • Perform above functions and others as assigned with a minimum of managerial oversight
  • Assist with other Business, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or Legal Department needs


  • Background in contract law
  • Background in medical contracts; experience with purchasing departments of hospitals and medical facilities
  • Background in government and group purchasing organization (GPO) contracts
  • Understanding of revenue recognition and warranty-related issues
  • Familiarity with SAP and CRM
